The Furon UPRP .25-Inch Regulator is designed for precise delivery of aggressive pure chemicals and DI water applications requiring virtually elimination squealing and chatter at all flow rates. Made of all virgin PTFE/Fluoroloy-T wetted flow path, the precision regulator is suitable for use in semiconductor and chemical process industries. Furon UPRP Precision Regulators maintain downstream pressure to a predetermined set pressure utilizing a pneumatic actuator.
